Today we went to the United States Antarctic Program (USAP) Clothing Distribution Center to get fitted for our Extreme Cold Weather (ECW) gear. In addition to the iconic "Big Red" parka, a standard gear issue includes overalls, mid layers, boots, and accessories like hats, gloves, and goggles.

We receive an initial bag with all the items, and then swap items for larger/smaller sizes as needed.

After everything is sized correctly, we put our tagged bags back in the warehouse until our flight.
